All orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days. Please be aware that designers are from different countries, and local holidays and regulations may apply.
The delivery time will depend on the brand's location:
· Within one country - 1-3 days business days
· Within Asia 3-10 business days· International orders - 7-14 busines days
Our brands are committed to using reusable, recyclable and compostable materials in packaging. They also use optimal packaging that matches the product dimensions, which will help to avoid unnecessary overstuffing.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders returned because of an invalid address may incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you entered the wrong address, please let us know at support@zanteia.com before the order is shipped. You will receive mail when the order is shipped.
Orders & payment
Simply choose the product you want to buy, add it to your cart, fill in your information and select your payment method. If you experience any complications placing your order or browsing through our website, contact us at support@zanteia.com.
Our store's currency is HK$, but we also convert the prices to USD, GBP, SGD, EUR.
You can use credit and debit VISA and Mastercards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. You will be able to use PayPal as long as you have or create your own account.
It depends on your location. Please note that import fees for your order are not included with our shipping fees. You bear these costs, including any other extra charges introduced by your local authorities
Return & Exchange
Your return request must be submitted by support@zanteia.com within 14 days from the date you received your shipment to get a full refund. Please note that we do not offer free returns! All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and the designer tags attached to them. It includes all packaging, accessories, and authenticity cards/dust bags. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.
- Swimwear can be returned if only it has its original tag and protective lining still in place and has

- Bra can be returned if only it has its original tags
- Socks and tights cannot be returned or exchanged once taken out of their packets.
- Clothing care products cannot be returned once they have been opened.
Pre-Order and customized products can not be returned.
Refunds are issued once the brand receives the returned product and has done a quality control check. Then the refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was sent in the wrong size or color.

If you want to cancel your order, please let us know at support@zanteia.com before the order is shipped. You will receive mail when the order is shipped.
All shipping costs associated with an exchange or return are to be borne by the buyer, except for products with manufacturing defects and if the wrong products have been delivered. In these exceptional circumstances, the delivery costs will be paid by Zanteia.
If you receive an order that does not correspond to your purchase, you must contact support@zanteia.com within 14 days of receiving the order and send us an image showing everything you have received with the respective information of each product. If you are required to ship the product back, Zanteia will bear the shipping costs. Once we have verified that the said order is wrong, the refund or change will be issued to the affected customer. The product must not have been used and must be sent with its original packaging, including its original tags.
